Proverbs with MAXIMUS

Here are some proverbs which contain words ONLY on the Dickinson College Commentary Latin Core Vocabulary List. This set of proverbs features the adjective MAXIMUS (Lewis and Short).

Suo quisque studio maxime ducitur.

Maximae divitiae non desiderare divitias.

A magnis maxima.

Divitis servi maxime servi

Mea culpa, mea culpa, mea maxima culpa.

Naturae vis maxima.

Scientia maximum vitae decus.
